YZH Machinery Equipment Warranty Policy

At JINAN YZH MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD ("YZH"), we are committed to manufacturing high-quality, reliable equipment. We stand behind our products and warrant them as detailed below. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for warranty claims.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

YZH warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms:

• Warranty Period: The main components are covered for a period of twelve (12) months or 2000 operating hours from the date of installation, or eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.
• Limited Warranty for Wear Items: Normal wear items, including o-rings, seals, fittings, hoses, and breaker tools, are covered by a limited warranty for a period of thirty (30) days.
• Third-Party Components: Components not manufactured by YZH (such as valves, pumps, filters, electric motors, and panels) are governed by the warranty terms of their respective original manufacturer.
• Voiding Conditions: This warranty is void if the product is not installed and operated according to YZH's standard installation specifications and procedures.

2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To ensure your claim is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

1.Obtain Authorization: Contact YZH to report the defect and receive authorization for the return of defective components or for the submission of evidence.
2.Provide Clear Evidence: The submitted components or evidence (e.g., photos, videos, reports) must clearly demonstrate that the defect was caused by faulty material or poor workmanship.
3.Submit a Formal Claim: All claims must be submitted on a proper YZH claims form, accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.Adhere to Deadlines:

•         The claim must be received by YZH within sixty (60) days from the date the defect was discovered .
•          Warranty claims will only be considered if the "Installation Notice" was properly completed and returned to YZH within thirty (30) days of the product's installation date.

3. Resolution of Approved Claims

Upon approval of a warranty claim, YZH will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair or Refurbish the defective part(s) at no charge to the initial user;
• OR, elect to issue a full or partial credit in the form of a "Credit Memo" toward the purchase of a new part(s). The amount of credit will be determined by pro-rating the value against the normal service life of the part in question.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty has the following exclusions and limitations:

1.Costs Not Covered by YZH: YZH is not responsible for any associated costs required to facilitate a repair, including but not limited to:

• Mileage, travel time, and travel expenses
• Overtime labor
• Freight expenses for shipping parts

2.Conditions Not Covered by Warranty: This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged due to:

• Accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication
• Neglect
• Service, disassembly, or modification performed without YZH's express written authorization.

 

5. IMPORTANT: DISCLAIMER OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, YZH MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND/OR SUPPLIED BY YZH, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER.

IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING IN THE CASE OF A CLAIM OF NEGLIGENCE, SHALL YZH BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
