Heavy-Duty Pins and Bushings: We use oversized, hardened pins and high-quality, long-life bushings that withstand the intense shock and vibration of breaking rock, significantly extending service intervals.
Centralized & Accessible Grease Points: All critical lubrication points are grouped together and clearly marked, making daily preventative maintenance fast, easy, and effective. An optional automated lubrication system is available for ultimate convenience.
Robust, Service-Friendly Structure: The boom and pedestal are built with high-tensile steel and an open design that provides easy access for inspections and component replacement, without requiring specialized equipment.
Equipped with a high-impact hydraulic hammer, the YZH system delivers the power to break even the hardest oversized ore before it can cause a blockage or damage your primary crusher.
By pre-sizing material, the rock breaker reduces extreme stress and wear on your gyratory or jaw crusher's main components, extending their operational life and cutting down on expensive liner changes and repairs.
The entire system is managed from a climate-controlled, remote operator station, removing personnel from the hazardous crusher area and protecting them from dust, noise, and fly rock.
