YZH Steel Structure Stationary Rock Breaker System for Crushing Plants
YZH stationary rock breaker system is a machine specially designed to manage blockages and to clear build ups in the crusher cavity. It solves the dangerous and laborious problem of clearing boulders in the crusher. After installing a stationary rock breaker system in your stationary crushing station, you can safely and significantly reduce downtime of your plant and then increase productivity.
YZH stationary rock breaker system consists of pedestal boom, hydraulic hammer, hydraulic station and control system. You can choose any manufacturers' hydraulic hammer to fit this equipment. Our control systems include 2in1 radio remote control (optional with extreme cold battery), cabin control system(standard ergonomic chair c/w hydraulic joystick control) and optional fiber teleoperation system. It includes 170° rotation and 360° rotation.
YZH stationary rock breaker system adopts advanced technology, with great crushing capacity, smooth running, low noise, reliable performance and convenient operation.
