In mining and aggregate operations, some of the most important equipment on site is not always the most visible. Very often, the machines that create the greatest value are the ones that help a customer deal with interruptions before those interruptions spread through the whole process.
That was exactly the case with this project in Brazil.
The customer needed a dependable solution for two related challenges. The first was breaking oversized rock at a bauxite mining site. The second was clearing bridging and blockages in a hopper on an aggregate production line. These are different working conditions, but they share the same operational reality: when large material stops moving as it should, efficiency drops quickly and operators are placed under unnecessary pressure.
After reviewing the application, we supplied a WHB810 fixed rockbreaker boom system. The unit was finished in red and shipped in one 40-foot high cube container.
For me, this project is a strong example of why equipment matching matters. A good machine should not only be capable in theory. It should make the customer’s daily work more controlled, more reliable, and safer in actual operation.

WHB810 Portable Rockbreaker Booms System
Export country: Brazil
Product: Fixed rockbreaker boom system
Model: WHB810
Color: Red
Container type: One 40-foot high cube container
Application: Oversized rock breaking at a bauxite mining site, and clearing bridging and blockages in a hopper on an aggregate production line
These details describe the shipment itself, but the real value of the project is better understood through the working challenges behind it.
In bauxite mining, oversized rock can create serious interruptions if it is not handled efficiently. Large stone at the working face or processing point can delay material flow, reduce operating rhythm, and place more strain on both equipment and personnel.
At the same time, on a sand and aggregate production line, hopper bridging and material blockage are common but disruptive problems. Once the material stops flowing properly, the line loses stability. Small delays can quickly become larger interruptions, especially when operators must respond repeatedly to the same issue.
For this customer in Brazil, the requirement was not complicated, but it was important. They needed one reliable boom system that could support both oversized material breaking and blockage clearing in demanding site conditions.
That kind of requirement calls for equipment that is not only strong, but also adaptable to the realities of daily operation.
At YZH, I always believe the right equipment choice starts with understanding the application in detail. We do not recommend a model simply because it sounds more powerful or looks better in a proposal. We recommend it because it matches the work the customer actually needs to do.
For this project, the WHB810 was the right fit.
It offered the working capability, reach, and structural stability needed for heavy-duty breaking tasks in a mining environment, while also being well suited to clearing bridging and blockage issues around a hopper and production line. That combination made it especially valuable for this customer’s operating needs.
In my experience, customers appreciate equipment that can solve real problems in a straightforward way. They are not looking for unnecessary complexity. They are looking for a machine that fits the site, handles the material, and delivers dependable results over time.
That is exactly why we recommended the WHB810.
A fixed rockbreaker boom system often becomes most valuable when production is under pressure. When large bauxite rock needs to be broken, or when material starts bridging in a hopper, the ability to respond quickly and safely makes a noticeable difference.
For this customer in Brazil, the WHB810 helps improve daily work in several practical ways.
At a bauxite mining site, large material must be reduced efficiently before it creates wider disruption. A dedicated boom system gives the site a more controlled way to carry out this work.
In aggregate production, hopper blockages interrupt the material flow and affect the rhythm of the line. The WHB810 helps operators deal with these issues more directly and restore normal flow more quickly.
When recurring interruptions are managed effectively, production becomes more predictable. That kind of stability matters in both mining and aggregate applications.
Any equipment that reduces unsafe manual handling around oversized rock or blocked hoppers brings clear value to the site. In heavy industry, safety improvements are always meaningful.
These are practical outcomes, but practical outcomes are exactly what customers remember after installation.
As CEO of YZH, I see projects like this as a reminder of what our work is really about.
Customers are not simply buying a machine. They are trying to make difficult parts of their operation easier to manage. In this case, that meant breaking oversized bauxite rock and clearing hopper bridging in a reliable and controlled way.
Our responsibility is to understand those needs clearly and recommend equipment that makes sense in the real world. That has always been my view of industrial manufacturing and export work. The quality of a project is not decided by how it looks in a catalog. It is decided by whether it performs where the customer needs it most.
The WHB810 project in Brazil reflects that principle very well.
When I look back at this project, I see more than a shipment to Brazil. I see a practical solution for two site problems that can have a serious impact on daily production: oversized rock in bauxite mining and hopper blockage in an aggregate production line.
We supplied the WHB810 fixed rockbreaker boom system because we believed it was the right choice for those working conditions. Our goal was simple: help the customer improve control, reduce unnecessary interruptions, and create a safer, steadier operation.
For me, that is what a successful project should achieve.
If your site is facing similar challenges with oversized rock breaking or hopper blockage clearing, we would be glad to learn more about your application. You can also explore more of our boom systems on our website: www.yzhbooms.com.
