YZH WH Series Stationary Rockbreaker System Mounted at Jaw Crusher Inlet

YZH stationary rockbreaker system is a robust mechanical boom system integrated with a hydraulic hammer, mounted on a fixed pedestal near primary crushers, grizzlies, or hoppers in mining and quarrying operations. Its purpose is to eliminate oversized rocks and ensure uninterrupted material flow, enhancing overall production efficiency and equipment safety.

Electrical Principle of Stationary Rockbreaker System:

The electrical system primarily governs automation, remote control, and safety features of the boom system:

Power Supply: AC electricity powers the control panel and electric motor (if present in hybrid systems).

Control System: PLC-based or relay logic systems control boom movement, breaker operation, and safety interlocks.

Remote Operation: Operators use electric joystick consoles or wireless remotes to maneuver the boom from a safe distance.

Safety and Monitoring: Integrated sensors and circuit protection (e.g., overload relays, emergency stop) ensure reliable and safe functioning.

Hydraulic Principle of Stationary Rockbreaker System:

Hydraulic provides the core operational force for the system:

Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU): A hydraulic pump (usually powered by an electric motor) generates pressurized oil.

Actuators: Hydraulic cylinders and motors convert this oil pressure into mechanical motion for boom articulation and hammer striking.

Control Valves: Directional, pressure, and flow control valves manage boom movement and hammer operation with precision.

Reservoir and Filters: The hydraulic oil circuit includes a reservoir for oil storage and filtration units for system longevity.

Key Characteristics of Stationary Rockbreaker System:

Heavy-Duty Structure: Made from high-strength steel for maximum durability in harsh environments.

360° Rotation or Fixed Base: Options for rotation or stationary mounting to suit different site layouts.

Multi-Joint Articulation: Enables flexible reach and efficient rock breaking over hoppers, crushers, or conveyor belts.

Remote Control Operation: Ensures operator safety and convenience, even from control cabins.

Working Mode and Principle of Stationary Rockbreaker System:

When oversized rocks block the crusher feed or grizzly grid, the operator activates the boom system.

The boom is hydraulically extended and positioned using joystick or remote controls.

The hydraulic hammer is aligned with the rock and engaged to deliver powerful impact blows.

Broken material is then safely fed into the crusher or passed through the grizzly.

Advantages of Stationary Rockbreaker System:

1. Improved Safety: Keeps personnel away from high-risk zones.

2. Reduced Downtime: Quickly clears blockages without stopping the crusher.

3. Lower Maintenance: Protects crushers from damage caused by oversized feed.

4. High Precision Control: Enables accurate rock breaking and positioning.

5. Extended Crusher Life: Prevents mechanical stress on primary crushing equipment.

Applications of Stationary Rockbreaker System:

Mining Operations: Clearing oversize ore at primary crushers in underground or surface mines.

Quarries: Managing blockages in stone crushing processes.

Cement Plants: Breaking limestone or clinker at loading hoppers.

Foundries & Steel Plants: Removing slag or oversized material.

Tunneling Projects: Secondary breaking of blasted rock and clearing debris.
